Jacksonville FL Dance Studio Staff

Erica Morris Diaz has been dancing for 18 years. She has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and hip-hop at several dance studios in Jacksonville, FL. Erica began her teaching career at Switzerland Dance School at age 16 where she was a company member for 6 years.  In 2009, at 19 years old, she opened Reach Destiny Arts with her sister Alexis as a ministry of Amplify Church.

Utilizing her strength in choreography, Erica has led the RDA Sr. Dance Team in Regional & State Talent competitions throughout Florida as well as International competitions in San Antonio, Texas, and brought home the trophy for 1st Place in 2011 at Lee University in Cleveland, TN.  The team competed against teams from the USA, Canada, The Bahamas, and the United Kingdom.

Erica has choreographed and judged for High School pageants and helped train and ready contestants for their talents in the Miss Bartram, Miss Creekside, and Miss Mandarin Christian pageants.

Erica has a passion to raise up dancers that express themselves through the art of dance to worship God. She loves choreographing dances that portray the love and passion of Christ.


Alexis Morris Campbell has been dancing since the age of 6.  She learned much as a student at several studios in the Jacksonville, FL area.

She began teaching as an assistant with SDS before teaching full time for 3 years.  She and her sister Erica now run RDA together.                               

As a dancer Alexis performed on winning State Teams twice and winning an International competition in 2011.  She and Erica have performed together for years traveling as far away as The Philippines.

Her strengths include her visibly delightful and passionate expressions as she dances and her work with the students at RDA.  She has been married for 4 years and has a little girl. She is so thankful to be doing something she loves everyday!


Michelle Crowder teaches our Tiny Tot's and Tap & Twirler's at RDA. Her big hugs, joyful spirit and contagious laugh fill a room.

Michelle does administrative work at RDA and brings such positive energy to our team. She also dances in our Adult Dance Classes. Michelle is happily married and has two kids, one of which has been dancing with RDA from our very first season to now.


Sara Hicks works with our Level 3 students teaching Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary. Sara has such an uplifting spirit and her expression lights up the stage. She has always been a student that gives 100% and has a great energy in and out of the class room.
